By agreeing to these terms of use, you are agreeing to Me2You:

gathering information about you and reporting this information to third parties in order to asses your credit worthiness; and
verifying your identity for the purposes of the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act by supplying your name, address and date of birth and other information;
accessing any of your banking records and associated accounts that exist under the bank log-in for the purposes of assessing your credit worthiness and/or ability to repay any loan payments entered into with Me2You;

Privacy

These Terms of Use are to be read in conjunction with the Privacy Management Policy provided on the Me2You website. By agreeing of the terms of use you are also agreeing to the privacy management policy on the website as updated from time to time.

SPAM ACT 2003

In accordance with the SPAM Act, by agreeing the terms of use, you agree to Me2You communicating with you by ‘commercial electronic message’, being (currently) email or SMS. This includes sending marketing material to you by email or SMS

Electronic communication and signing

By agreeing of the terms of use you are agreeing to Me2You communicating with you and providing all documents to you by electronic means including email, fax and SMS; and that you understand that this will be in replacement of paper copies and that you should check your electronic devices regularly for these communications and maintain their capacity to receive them.

Applicable Law

By using the Me2You service, you agree the laws of Australia and the State of Queensland, without regard to principals of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Me2You.
